The combination’s the trick: The Packaged Beverage Analyzer PBA 5001 Beer, together with the TPO 5000 of Anton Paar, enables comprehensive quality control of beer, including analysis of total package oxygen. With just the push of a button, more than 50 parameters can be determined right out of the finished package.
A combination of automatic density test and verification of the O2 measurement performance, together with the associated cleaning routines, delivers top efficiency and frees up time for other tasks. The system is compatible with all common package types and sizes. And it’s easy to switch them because the system automatically centers the package before it is punctured. Cans are measured upside down to avoid leaks during puncturing.
Generated data can be saved directly on the instrument or via SQL database software. This way it’s not just quality control that’s assured but also data management quality.
