The demand for non-alcoholic beers is constantly growing - a trend that Kauzen Bräu has also recognized. "Non-alcoholic beers have long since developed from niche to mainstream. Our customers are looking for more variety, and we didn't just want to sit back and watch - we wanted to offer something that reflects the quality and tradition of our brewery," explains Jacob Pritzl, Managing Director of Kauzen Bräu.

The special thing about Käuzle Vogelfrei is the innovative brewing process, which ensures a perfect balance between the finest malt tones and a refreshing hop bitterness. Marcus Lifferth, master brewer at Kauzen Bräu, emphasizes: "Thanks to our careful selection of raw materials and the tailor-made brewing process, the beer retains its full flavour even without alcohol. The absence of filtration also ensures that the beer retains its valuable natural ingredients such as yeast, minerals and vitamins - a real enrichment for anyone looking for a full-bodied alcohol-free beer."

Käuzle Vogelfrei is a real treat - not only for beer connoisseurs, but also for anyone who wants to consciously avoid alcohol, without having to give up taste.
