700 employees at Grünbeck - Höchstädt water treatment company grows continuously

Grünbeck exceeded the 700-employee mark at its Höchstädt site in September, not only because of the start of new trainees and the hiring of those who have completed their training, but also because of new hires in many areas.

"Fortunately, the growth course at Grünbeck continues. With our innovative products and sophisticated solutions, we ensure hygienically perfect water and create the required sustainable solutions to conserve resources and reduce consumption," says Managing Director Dr. Günter Stoll. Human Resources Manager Sandra Stricker adds: "Continuous growth, securing of locations and a steadily increasing number of employees make Grünbeck attractive. We owe the success of our company above all to our qualified and highly motivated employees.

Josef Grünbeck laid the foundation for this development as early as 1968 by initiating the Grünbeck participation model of social partnership, which was unique at that time. In the meantime, this model has been consistently expanded over several stages. This means that the workforce can participate in the company as silent or limited partners. This is a financially attractive offer for employees.

In addition to a number of vacancies in various positions, employees are currently being sought for maintenance work, particularly as a result of the plant expansion.
