The idea for Bakon Vodka was born on a camping trip in the summer of 2006. At the time, there were a number of flavored spirits available, but almost all were sweet.

With this in mind, Black Rock Spirits created Bakon Vodka, which was tested over two years using a variety of recipes.
Distilled from potatoes, Bakon Vodka is smooth, slightly sweet, and has the rounded flavor you only get from a high-quality potato distillation, without a strong burn or aftertaste. Additionally, the vodka contains the essence of a delicious, crispy piece of peppered bacon.
