The seal recognises the Berentzen Group's implementation of various projects. This year, the focus is primarily on flexible working time models, which include, for example, the expansion of the home office offering and the dissolution of core working hours. In addition, the introduction of the online platform Evermood was highlighted. Since the beginning of the year, the employees of the Berentzen Group have had the opportunity to access information on various health topics, participate in workshops or take advantage of free consultations with psychologists via the individually usable platform. In addition, the BetterDoc service is also integrated into the platform. This service supports the search for specialists - whether for a professional second opinion or a classic appointment. The Evermood online platform is available to employees and their relatives anonymously, free of charge and at any time of day.

"The world of work is currently experiencing profound changes. Both in recruiting and retaining employees, it is important to emphasise the compatibility of family and work in order to achieve a competitive advantage over other companies. Satisfied employees are the basis of our success," says Ute Verholen, responsible for human resources in the group of companies.

Verholen accepted the award at the LWL Prussian Museum in Minden. District Administrator Ali Doğan (District of Minden-Lübbecke) and Eva Laschinski (Head of the Competence Centre Women and Work OWL) presented the certificate in a ceremonial setting.

"We are very pleased to receive this award for the third time in a row. It is a valuable confirmation of our previous commitment in this important area," explains Ralf Brühöfner, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Berentzen-Gruppe Aktiengesellschaft, and concludes: "We will continue to be committed to implementing projects and measures that promote the compatibility of work and family among our employees.
