Curious Creatures Beer Corp. has been founded by brewer and operations manager Sebastian Peterson, illustrator and brand manager Tatiana Peterson, and designer and marketing manager Brigitta Angelica, and is currently producing its beer at Boardwalk Brewing.

The debut beer from Curious Creatures is Monch New Zealand Pale Ale (4.5% abv): Monch is designed to highlight the unique flavour and terroir of New Zealand Grown hops. It has notes of gooseberry, grapefruit, and passionfruit. The aromatics are that of a crazy New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc but with an absolute truckload of other fruit. The beer is dry with a delicate bitterness and ultimately, it’s incredibly sessionable.

Monch was launched on August 18th at the Boardwalk taproom, where Curious Creatures merchandise will also be available.
