Bittermann joined DrinkStar in 2000 as sales director after holding positions at Coca-Cola and Danone, and took over as managing director in 2005. Since then, brand sales (including DEIT, FRUCADE, GRÖBI, SPEZI) have been significantly expanded through organic growth and the acquisition of TRi TOP syrup, while individual brands have risen to become market leaders in their respective segments.

Frank Eberspächer has held leading sales, marketing and management positions with major consumer goods manufacturers such as Wm. Wrigley Jr. and Stollwerck/Barry Callebaut, among others, and since 2019 has been responsible for the Sweet business unit at DrinkStar parent company Symrise as Vice President EAME. Eberspächer joined DrinkStar in September 2022 and will become sole managing director in February 2023.
