GLUG23 - the new event for beer and beverage producers meets the need of the industry. The event is designed for an emerging Swiss scene around brewing beer and producing beverages.

Regional and national producers of beer, kombucha, sweet drinks and other beverage types are on the rise. Regionality and sustainability are important aspects with consumers.

"However, Switzerland lacked a meeting place for producers," says Fritz Züger, co-initiator of GLUG23. "The event aims to fill the gap and address beverage producers from industrial companies to self-marketers as a national platform."

GLUG23 is a mixture of exhibition, forum, workshops and networking event for exhibitors and visitors.

The exhibition area for the topics:
- Base materials, raw materials, additives
- Processing, manufacturing, filling
- Packaging, Labeling
- Hygiene, quality, cleaning
- Tapping, dispensing
- Marketing, advertising

The brewery beer challenge with tasting is a thematic focus. Co-initiator Christian Rudin is quoted as saying that the event will be "sympathetic, passionate and efficient".

National meeting point in Aarau
With Aarau, a central venue was found that is easily accessible by public transport as well as by car. The old riding hall with its charm is an ideal location for GLUG23.

A supporting program along the value chain of beverage production
GLUG23 offers a broad supporting program from the production of raw materials to processing, cleaning and marketing. Innovations and sustainability solutions will be on display along the entire value chain.

The Beer Brewery Challenge is specially designed for breweries and will demonstrate the diversity of the Swiss art of brewing.
