The best of nature and reduced alcohol content
With its innovative interplay of natural essences, Żubrówka Rosé serves the ongoing aperitif and rosé trend and, with a reduced alcohol content of 32% vol. offers a lighter alternative to traditional vodkas. Based on the recipe of the Polish icon, a liqueur has been developed that combines the best of nature and the region around the fabled Białowieża Forest in the east of the country. The fruity taste is provided by a harmonious infusion of exclusively natural extracts of raspberries, cranberries and rose hips. The composition is underlined by bison grass extracts embedded in juniper notes. The combination of bison grass and berries is unique in this way and offers an unprecedented play of aromas. The rosé nuances of Żubrówka Rosé come from wild forest berries and the liqueur is free of artificial flavors.

The bison grass extract used is derived from hand-picked bison grass to capture the character of the forest in a way that is as flavorful as it is multi-faceted. All ingredients are carefully processed to the highest quality standards in our own production facility in Poland. The basis for the recipe is carefully selected grain that is free of genetic engineering. Distillation takes place in state-of-the-art equipment that uses copper elements to ensure the highest purity. Carbon filtration and subsequent storage round off the special production process.

The perfect aperitif for summer
Żubrówka Rosé presents itself as a refreshing companion for those who crave a light, fruity and natural taste experience that is not overpowered by sweetness. Whether for brunch on a sun-drenched patio or to enjoy in the garden, Żubrówka Rosé shows itself to be an ideal aperitif for any occasion - served in a pinch with tonic, soda or Prosecco.
