Marc Schröter Heads the Engineering Division at Grünbeck

With Dr. Schröter, Grünbeck gains an experienced leadership expert with a solid scientific and technical background. His academic career includes a doctorate in technical thermodynamics and a degree in geoecology. This profile is complemented by ongoing professional development, particularly in the areas of modern technologies, innovation management, and future-oriented development processes.

Prior to joining Grünbeck, Dr. Schröter held leadership positions in research, development, and innovation. In these roles, he managed cross-site teams and projects and was deeply involved in the development of technical solutions as well as the strategic advancement of innovation processes.
