Mirinda - the orange soda that speaks Esperanto

Mirinda is an orange soda. Mirinda was originally produced in Spain and has been a PepsiCo brand since 1970.

The name comes from Esperanto and means "wonderful" In Germany and Switzerland Mirinda is only available in the flavor orange, since 2009 also in a calorie-free variant called Mirinda Zero. Mirinda is sometimes offered in other flavors as part of promotions.

Between 1995 and 1999, PepsiCo also marketed 7Up plus Orange in addition to Mirinda. However, with a flavor different from Mirinda, this beverage failed to gain acceptance.

In the United States and other countries, Mirinda is also available in grapefruit, apple, strawberry, banana-white currant, pineapple and grape flavors.

Mirinda has also been available in Austria since 2022.
