From June 2021, the well-known Doppelkorn Fürst Bismarck will appear in a new look, thus ensuring greater visibility on the shelf: the dark green cap will give way to a lighter one, the front label will receive a modern upgrade with adapted brand lettering, and the portrait of Otto von Bismarck will in future be shown in a round, rather than oval, shape. The relaunch of the classic spirit will be accompanied by a wide-reaching POS competition.

Fürst Bismarck is regarded as a top-quality doppelkorn. Its unmistakably mild and pure taste is particularly characteristic. The new design gives the classic spirit a visual upgrade and ensures greater visibility on the shelf. The light-colored cap, for example, puts the bottle in a completely new light and, in combination with the new front label, creates a harmonious overall appearance. In addition, the readability of the front label is increased by rearranging the text and using a new font. The modern frame and new shape of the label also perfectly round off the relaunch and give the bottle appearance even more structure.

"We are very pleased that the new décor has also been so positively received in an independent market research study, with 59 percent of respondents preferring the new label", says Jan Rock, Global Head of Corporate Communications at Henkell Freixenet.

Wide-reaching POS competition
To coincide with the relaunch, consumers have the chance to win a great prize when buying a bottle of Fürst Bismarck with a bit of luck. On a limited number of bottles there are so-called crowners - crown-shaped stickers - which draw attention to the attractive competition. To participate, the receipt should be sent in after purchasing a bottle of Fürst Bismarck. The prizes include Fürst Bismarck packages, gourmet meat vouchers and, as the main prize, three Weber grills.
