In September, the Mohren Brewery presented the "Helle", and now another new product, the "Weizen", enriches the range of Vorarlberg's oldest active brewery. "When we asked the people of Vorarlberg last year what they would like to see from us, a wheat beer was at the top of the list," says Managing Director Thomas Pachole. 37 percent of respondents voted for this addition to the range. The new Weizen is now available in the traditional 0.5-liter returnable bottle in Vorarlberg retail stores and, of course, in the Mohrenbräu Lädele.

Refreshing thirst quencher
The Weizen catches the eye with its light amber hue and typical firm, white foam. It smells of cloves and banana. "Refreshing, tangy, with a lean and aromatic finish," is how the beer sommeliers at Mohrenbrauerei describe the taste of the new creation. "With 12.5 percent original wort and an alcohol content of 5.0 percent by volume, the wheat is the ideal thirst quencher after a strenuous hike," says sales manager Günter Brunner. That's why the wheat advertising campaign starting on April 15 is all about hiking. It dispels hiking lies and sends participants on a hunt for summit beers.
