With this, the association offers gastronomy and hotel trade schools another interesting teaching unit including a tasting offer on the current trend topic of fruit juice, this time with a focus on sensory analysis.

The topic of non-alcoholic food accompaniments continues to play an important role in the gastronomy and hotel industry. According to the current "Food Trend Report 2021", the trend towards alcohol-free drinking enjoyment continues to grow. The product range of fruit juices and nectars is an ideal partner for this trend area.

Dr. Peter Schropp, seminar director of the Doemens Academy, is an expert in this field as a fruit juice sommelier. Together with the VdF, he has designed another online seminar that provides in-depth insights into the topic of fruit juice & co. with a focus on service and sensory analysis as a teaching unit.

Within the framework of this unit, there is the possibility to carry out the topic of sensory analysis by tasting three single-variety apple juices. The association will be happy to provide the seminar video as well as tasting packages to teachers or trainers free of charge (info@fruchtsaft.de).
