Riedenburger Brauhaus reaches next milestone: Brewing vessels delivered for new building

Another significant step in the Riedenburg Brewery's new building project has been completed: on September 9, the new brewing vessels were delivered and installed. A total of four vessels, each with a capacity of 8,000 liters, manufactured by Roth in Wiesenbronn near Kitzingen, will form the heart of the new brewery.

The state-of-the-art brewing vessels set new standards in quality and energy efficiency. They were installed within one working day, and over the coming weeks, further plant components will be delivered, installed, and connected to each other. The aim is to brew the first batch in the new brewhouse at the end of the first quarter of 2026.

“The delivery of the brewing vessels marks another decisive step in the new construction project,” explains Managing Director Maximilian Krieger. “They not only represent state-of-the-art brewing technology, but also our responsibility to future generations. We are investing in a sustainable future in order to continue the family tradition while meeting the demand for high-quality organic beers and specialty beverages.”

New catering facilities
Parallel to the construction progress, the traditional beer garden will also reopen for the coming season after a break of several years. The offering will be complemented in future by a new indoor restaurant, with the opportunity to visit the brewery during regular opening hours. The Riedenburg Brewery is thus not only focusing on state-of-the-art technology, but also strengthening the regional beer garden culture and sustainably expanding the gastronomic experience for guests.

Investment in the future
The construction of the new brewery represents one of the largest investments in the history of the company. With its combination of innovative plant technology, sustainable construction, and regional roots, the Riedenburg Brewery shows how tradition and progress can go hand in hand – for the region, its customers, and the next generation.
