Berentzen Group receives Kununu Top Company Seal 2026

Berentzen Group Aktiengesellschaft has been awarded the Top Company Seal 2026 by the employer review platform Kununu. For the fifth time in a row, the group is now one of only around five percent of employer profiles to receive this award.
“Kununu is the leading platform for employer reviews in Germany and thus offers important guidance for applicants,” explains Ute Verholen, Director of Corporate People & Culture at the Berentzen Group. The internet portal enables employees to anonymously review their current or former employer.
“This renewed award confirms that our employees feel comfortable in the company and at the same time provides us with valuable feedback for our further development,” Verholen continues.
To qualify for the Top Company seal, companies must have a minimum rating of 3.8 out of five stars from employee reviews over the last twelve months. The Berentzen Group significantly exceeds the specified criteria with a score of 4.4 and a recommendation rate of over 90 percent.
“The satisfaction of our employees is particularly important to us,” explains Verholen, adding: “The extremely positive ratings in the areas of ‘working atmosphere’ and ‘work-life balance’ show that this is not just an empty promise.” The renewed award is also of central importance for attracting new colleagues.
