Karl Knauer starts the year with a new management team

There was a change in the management team at packaging specialist Karl Knauer at the turn of the year: Managing Director Michael Deronja, who had previously managed the company together with Stefanie Wieckenberg, granddaughter of company founder Karl Knauer, left the company at the end of the year for personal reasons and returned to his home country. "I would like to thank Mr Deronja warmly for his commitment and wish him all the best for his personal future," said Managing Partner Stefanie Wieckenberg at Deronja's farewell.

In his place, two colleagues, Nicki Eberle and Marco Manna, have been appointed to the now three-person management team. Eberle has been with Karl Knauer since October 2022 and has worked as Head of Production ever since. As Managing Director, he will be responsible for all technical areas of the company in future.

Marco Manna has been with Karl Knauer since July 2020 as Head of Human Resources and Finance/Controlling and will take on the role of Commercial Managing Director in the management team with immediate effect. "I am looking forward to working with Mr Manna and Mr Eberle and I am sure that the three of us will continue to lead our family business successfully," says Wieckenberg.
