Since August 2018, Flohr has worked at CCEP Deutschland GmbH as a director in the P&C division: In this role, she already represented von Kyaw during absences and, together with her 18 directly reporting Business Partners, was responsible for the HR issues of up to 5,000 employees in the Customer Service and Supply Chain division. During this time, Flohr succeeded, among other things, in increasing the proportion of women in management functions from 16 to 31 percent together with the supply chain managers.

The HR expert began her career at Coca-Cola in 2011 as a personnel officer at two locations in southwest Germany. She then rose to become HR Manager with regional responsibility in the Southwest sales region and in October 2016 took on a nationwide role - as National HR Business Partner. Flohr acquired extensive HR expertise at CCEP Deutschland GmbH: in accompanying change, in talent management, as well as in developing leaders and a diverse corporate culture.

Before joining Coca-Cola, the business administration graduate (BA) worked at Praktiker AG. She had been employed there since 2002 and most recently advised the top management of the Praktiker Group in various HR matters as an HR consultant.
