KOSKENKORVA SALMIAKKI - Salty-sweet temptation from Finland

A highlight at the Berlin Bar Convent 2023 was the presentation of the Finnish Koskenkorva liquorice liqueur, which is made from the famous sweet and salty treat known in Finland as "Salmiakki".

The basis of Koskenkorva Salmiakki is Koskenkorva Vodka, which is distilled in the village of the same name and then mixed with spring water. Its taste of salty liquorice is rich and full-bodied. It is drunk as a chilled shot, but the sweet and salty combination also works excellently in various mixed drinks, such as hot chocolate and milk-based drinks in Finland.
