Together with HBLA Ursprung and three organic farms in the Salzburg Lake District, we’ve succeeded in reviving old barley varieties in the fields of Salzburg.
In Obertrum, we’ve used them to brew a naturally cloudy, full-bodied country beer—with Salzburg brewing barley and hops from our own hop garden.
Delicate notes of honey and caramel meet a rich golden color reminiscent of the sunset over the Salzburg Lake District.
Starting in mid-June 2026, our Salzburger Landbier will be available exclusively at SPAR, EUROSPAR, and INTERSPAR in Salzburg and Tyrol—while supplies last.
