USA, AZ: Pinnacle Brewing should be open by April, owner says

Pinnacle Brewing, a new Scottsdale brewery, should be open by April at The Corner Center at Hayden Road and 82nd Street, just east of Scottsdale Airport, owner Bob Wilson was quoted as saying by Mouth by Southwest on December 6.

Pinnacle will have a full kitchen and a covered patio, Wilson says.
Wilson’s son, Wyatt, will be the brewmaster. He has worked at Dust Bowl Brewing in Turlock, Calif., Monkless Belgian Ales in Bend, Ore., and Mash Lab Brewing in Windsor, Colo.
