The new Alcolyzer 1001, the “little brother” of the renowned Alcolyzer 3001, rounds off the product portfolio nicely. It’s especially suited for craft and medium-sized breweries. Also new are the tailored modules pH 1101, 1201, and Carbo 1001 for use as a combined system at an attractive price.

The Beer Analysis System 1001 and the Packaged Beverage Analyzer 1001 allow analysis of a broad array of beers: from light pilsner, to dark strong beers, all the way to beer mixed drinks. This way, especially craft breweries, with their constantly changing variations, can perfectly monitor their production process and ensure they declare finished products correctly. The measurements conform with EBC, ASBC, and MEBAK.
With the help of the Beer Analysis System 1001, all important parameters like ethanol content, extract content, original wort, and much more can be determined within a single measurement cycle. The measuring station can also be expanded later via Anton Paar’s renowned modularity, for example, with an automated sample tray or cloudiness measurement.

The Packaged Beverage Analyzer 1001 helps you during quality control in addition to the aforementioned parameters and also determines CO2 and O2 content directly from the package – with zero sample preparation. On top of the declaration, the functionality of the filler can be easily checked.
