BITO-Lagertechnik: Reorganization of the management board

BITO-Lagertechnik Bittmann GmbH has reorganized its management as of 01 August 2021. Winfried Schmuck (56), sole managing director of the company since August 2017, will from now on be assisted by Dominik Freyland-Mahling (49) and Uwe Sponheimer (41), both long-standing BITO executives, as additional managing directors. Dominik Freyland-Mahling has been appointed Managing Director Production (COO) and Uwe Sponheimer Managing Director Sales (CSO).
Winfried Schmuck retains the position of Chief Operating Officer (CEO) and will focus even more on the strategic corporate development and the area of innovation of the warehouse technology specialist in the future. Dominik Freyland-Mahling (mechanical engineer FH) has been BITO plant manager for metal production since 2009. Uwe Sponheimer (industrial engineer FH), who has been with BITO-Lagertechnik since 2006, was initially key account manager, has been head of the BITO Project division since 2020 and is also managing director of BITO Steel Construction GmbH, which will be founded in 2021.
With the new division into the three business areas, BITO-Lagertechnik wants to professionalize the respective tasks and responsibilities more strongly and align itself even closer to customer requirements.
