Two submissions, two gold medals: in this year's quality test by the German Agricultural Society (DLG), Hofbrauhaus Wolters was awarded the highest accolade twice. Both Wolters Helles and Wolters Radler naturally cloudy non-alcoholic convinced the independent expert juries in all test criteria - from the selection of raw materials and brewing process to taste stability and analytical purity.
The stringent DLG test has been considered one of the most demanding quality tests for food and beverages for decades. Sensory blind tastings, chemical analyses and microbiological tests allow only the best products to reach the top. With the two latest medals, Wolters is continuing its successful streak of recent years and demonstrating its claim to combine the art of craft brewing with state-of-the-art processes.
