Black Forest receives top rating of “very good” from Öko-Test

In the July issue of the magazine “Öko-Test,” a total of 53 still mineral waters from all over Germany were tested, including the “Black Forest” brand from Peterstaler Mineralquellen. The still mineral water Black Forest in a 0.7-liter glass bottle was awarded the top rating of “very good.”
Black Forest is one of the “very good” waters that is expressly suitable for preparing infant formula. The main criteria for the assessment were the original purity as well as the quality and safety of the ingredients. Black Forest was able to fully meet the particularly strict limits set by Öko-Test, which are even higher than the legal requirements.
For Peterstaler, the award is further confirmation of the high quality of its products and its diverse efforts in the area of quality management. Peterstaler mineral waters have received top marks on several occasions in the past.
