Canned beer
Canned beer has a rather dubious reputation and is associated more with uncontrolled drinking than with enjoyment. However, this is only due to the low prices breweries charge for canned beer. They can afford it, because canning is usually only worthwhile in large quantities, which lowers the unit prices.
But for the beer, the can is a blessing. In cans, aromas are retained for a particularly long time and hop notes in particular are more prominent. The can is opaque, so the flavour of the beer is preserved.

Bottled beer
Beer from the bottle is a popular alternative to the keg. Because the beer is already "portioned", it is also environmentally friendly due to the returnable deposit.
One disadvantage, however, is the translucency of the bottles. If the bottles are stored in light for a long time, methyl-butene-thiol forms, which has a rancid taste. Dark bottles are therefore always preferable to light ones.

Draught beer from the glass
Most beer lovers agree that draught beer is a real treat. It is usually accompanied by a glass. But draught beer itself is not always a pleasure compared to the other options. Once poured, it should also be emptied quickly. The dispensing equipment should be cleaned daily.
The advantage is direct carbonation when tapped. This makes it particularly sparkling and fresh-tasting, which is why draught beer from the glass is so popular.
