The carefully selected, fully ripe sour cherries are gently processed in Rabenhorst's own winery and pressed only once. No or very few sediments are removed from the juice, so that the naturally occurring secondary plant substances are largely retained. The deep red color of the naturally cloudy direct juice is proof of its special quality. Sour cherries are also increasingly coming into focus from a scientific point of view: A meta-analysis from 2022 shows that regular consumption of sour cherry products can help to reduce certain inflammatory markers in the blood, such as C-reactive protein (CRP). In addition, another study in 2019 observed that consuming 100% sour cherry juice can be associated with a reduction in uric acid levels: a potential benefit for people at increased risk of gout.

Rabenhorst Tart Cherry Power
The natural power of tart cherries is also becoming increasingly important for people who regularly participate in endurance sports. Scientific studies suggest that flavonoids contained in tart cherries—secondary plant compounds with antioxidant potential—can help support recovery after intense physical exertion. This makes the deliciously fruity Rabenhorst Sour Cherry Juice an ideal companion for people with active lifestyles who want to do something good for their bodies in a natural way.

Rabenhorst Sour Cherry: Pure, natural, powerful
