Hendrik Kuhn began his professional career as a trainee at Anheuser-Busch InBev in Bremen, where he gained his first extensive experience in brand and sales management. In 2010, he joined the Krombacher Group, where he held a series of key leadership positions in sales over the following years and made a significant contribution to the further development of the company’s strategy.

Initially, as Managing Director of Foodservice Sales, he was responsible for the national alignment and management of the foodservice business at Krombacher’s sales subsidiary Zorbau. In this role, he shaped the strategic realignment of the on-trade segment and successfully strengthened the brand’s positioning in the German foodservice industry. He subsequently served as Sales Manager for Retail at Krombacher. During this period, he deepened cooperation with leading retail partners and provided important impetus for the further development of the brand’s presence in food retail and specialty beverage stores. In his next role, Hendrik Kuhn served as National Group Account Manager, responsible for the strategic management and development of the most important national retail clients.

Since 2020, he has served very successfully as National Sales Director for Retail. As Managing Director of Schweppes Germany & Austria and Mineralquellen Germete GmbH, he has also distinguished himself in key divisions of the Krombacher Group, holding top management positions and leading large teams. The shareholders are convinced that they have found the ideal successor for the Sales Management position in Hendrik Kuhn.

Responsibility for the Legal, Quality Assurance, and Export divisions will remain with Bernhard Schadeberg, as will, as before, a wide range of cross-functional matters. In addition, the People & Culture (Human Resources) division—which is central to the company’s future development—will transfer from the commercial management team to the managing partner’s purview at the end of the year.
