The design of the new GOLDBERG Mediterranean Tonic reflects the lightness of the south - with the light blue of the Mediterranean Sea as well as the radiant pastel yellow of an Italian sunrise. Together with the subtle accents of the high-quality botanicals in the background, the entire label pays homage to the Mediterranean's Amalfi Coast.

The GOLDBERG Collective team - consisting of top-class international experts from the trendy bar and gastronomy scene - developed this latest portfolio extension of the high-quality GOLDBERG tonics. A fine perlage, a balanced carbon dioxide content of 10g per liter and the balanced ratio of sweetness and bitterness with the main botanicals rosemary, thyme, lemon and orange make the new tonic the ideal filler for light and floral gins. Likewise, the tonic pairs well with reduced-alcohol and non-alcoholic gins, as well as vodka and low proofs such as vermouth or Lillet.

"With Goldberg's Mediterranean Tonic, it was time to fill a gap. A tonic that flatters floral and also light gins equally and allows exciting aroma games," explains Christos Baos, managing director of Barschule Rostock, starting and member of the international GOLDBERG Collective team.

Available in 0.2- and 0.5-liter returnable bottles, GOLDBERG continues to pursue its "cheerstoglass" philosophy for both the trade and the restaurant trade.
