Strong appearance on the beverage shelf: with the summer barley, the gold award-winning taste of Warsteiner Premium Pilsener is now also in the foreground on the packaging. Warsteiner Herb also impresses with fresh hops on the new packaging from now on.

"With the new packaging design of our six-packs, we want to achieve one thing above all: a fresh and natural look on the beverage shelf that clearly differentiates itself from other Pilsner suppliers," explains Jennifer Henke, Head of Brand Management for the Warsteiner brand. The golden-yellow barley on the new packaging of Warsteiner Premium Pilsner and Warsteiner Alkoholfrei not only catches the consumer's interest, but also puts the natural ingredients of the pilsner in the foreground - an aspect that is becoming increasingly important to consumers. The selected raw materials of the Pils beers now act as eye-catchers in the trade.

The characterfully tart pilsner from the Arnsberg Forest
Warsteiner Herb, which has been impressing consumers since 2013, also scores with a new design. "The new look is independent, modern and fresh - three aspects that support the impulse to buy," adds Jennifer Henke. With fresh hops and in the tried-and-tested green bottle, the Herb stands out on the shelf, positioning itself as an honest, authentic, tart pilsner, especially in nature-loving environments. It also underlines its origin from the Arnsberg Forest Nature Park. The new design of Warsteiner Herb Alkoholfrei - now with a red banderole - also adapts to the alcohol-free Premium Pilsener and thus not only reinforces the uniformity of the Warsteiner product range but also the recognition value in the trade.

New design with gold award-winning content
With the new outfit of the Pils beers, the outer values harmonise with the award-winning inner values, because this year, Warsteiner Premium Pilsner and Warsteiner Alkoholfrei as well as Warsteiner Herb and Warsteiner Herb Alkoholfrei were once again awarded DLG Gold.
